You will need to fill in the claim form and make the required payment.
Once this is received, within 3 working days you will receive;

Full Service
This covers the initial claim as well as responses that can come from the finance company. The cost is £44.99 per claim and £30 for an additional motor claim.
No reply - We can provide a follow up email for you.
You had a DCA but they don't think they've done anything wrong - We will provide a Financial Ombudsman letter to send. This was a tactic in the PPI / Bank Charge Scandal to put people off claiming. However, you can take it further.
